Head only, as brought back by British troops who were limited by the size of their "kit" bags. 18 7/8” total length with offset section leaf shaped point. Early example predating of the form specified by Shaka when each comprised two of the throwing spears forged into a single thrusting spear. Surface with heavy age texture revealing the forged lamination structure.
