Heavy example with 10 ½” thick diamond section blade, the base sheathed in brass inscribed 1979 on the back. Broad wing-shaped brass guard with copper socket, the back inscribed 1979 as well. A laminated grip on the horn, white metal, and composition segments. Fine copper and brass scabbard with profusely engraved front panels and a belt loop to the back. Fine uniform aging. Very skillfully made, combining traditional methods and contemporary styling.
