VIKING WOMAN’S WEDDING RING, 10th-11th CENTURY AD, SIZE 3

10th-11th century AD. Gilt bronze, size 3 for wear on the small finger between the first two joints, as was the custom—2.0 mm band with a low rounded face and medial ridge defining two ranks or bands. Surface textured from burial. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored. Gift boxed with certificate of authenticity. Vikings exchanged rings on the pommel of the groom’s sword.
