Forged iron 1 7/8" length. Finely forged. Tapered, wedge section striking. Curved terminal opposite forming the finger stall and ending with a swelled base point, possibly a stylized serpent head. The curvilinear form is suggestive of the prow of the Viking long warship. Conserved sound excavated condition.
