Good quality with 1.9mm rounded face band flaring to the shoulders. Oval bezel cut with five marks, serving as a signet which identified the owner and could be used to seal legal matters. (In Ben Hur, the title character identifies himself by stamping Messala’s tablet with his ring which bears the signet of Quintus Arrius.)
