Near black lead alloy, over 5/8” (0.73”) height relief modeled with four domes or nubs on a flat ground. Reverse with cone, pierced for the tie string of a merchandise bag. Used to identify ownership of merchandise bundles imported and exported to/from Roman colonies. Excellent detail.
