Iron, 2 3/8” length with slender off set handle and small spoon end. Used to apply salves in delicate situations like eye care and to clean wounds. These are usually found in sets of medical instruments including scalpels. Iron examples are very rare. Surface with oxidation texture, but generally crisp.
