RARE VIKING RING, 900-1050 AD JEWELRY SIZE 7 ¾ - Fagan Arms
Size 7 3/4. Bronze, broad width band, 4.0mm, with low rounded face and cast with a central core which was laboriously removed to finish the ring for wear. Mottled red/brown patina with encrustation from burial. Vikings exchanged rings on the pommel of the groom’s sword. Gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
