C.1st-2nd century AD. 3" height. Carved of one piece. A female with prodigious hair standing erect. The arms carved away from the body. Fine glossy patina with a few splinters. The feet lacking and blackened, perhaps burned, possibly sacrificially. Probably the oldest doll you will ever encounter!
