Scalloped edge side plates and lozenge shaped guard all decorated en suite with naturalistic foliage on stippled ground. 22 5/8" curved narrow fullered blade with scalloped edge habiki (minor edge wrinkle) and brass seppa in the Japanese fashion. Brass shows good patina. The horn with age grain texture. Blade shows good patina with minor oxidation speckles interspersed.
