Brass hilt with integral heavy recurved cross guard. 18 1/2 wedge section slightly curved s.e. blade. Guard and blade marked with MA ordinance mark. Additional crowned mark to the guard. Hilt with frosty surface and minor bruises. Blade dark, mostly smooth with scattered pitting The left side lightly abraded.
