20 ½” length. Made from the trunk and root cluster of a small tree. the roots shaped and decorated to form an eagle hear and eagle spirit. The haft with a teepee, shield, bow and quiver (partially weak from light char). These were made by the Pananwahskek of Maine and Quebec for sale to visitors, before WWI. This example is from an heirloom collection including a wood box pencil dated 1904 which accords precisely with the period during which it is known that these clubs were sold.
