NEPALESE KUKRI

The iconic weapon of the Ghurkas and the national weapon of Nepal. 9” kops form blade in bright polish. Brass mounted black horn grip. Tooled leather scabbard with brass tip and throat mounts. The front with somewhat crude silver (?) badge of the Gurkas, crossed kukris beneath the Prince of Wales trifeather. Reverse with two companion knives and purse/pocket.  Good old well preserved example.
