19th century from the General Harry Bandholtz Collection captured during the Philippine Insurrection of 1899-1902, which won first prize at the St. Louis Exposition in 1905. 77 1/2” length with good stepped cane haft. Iron head with distinct forge welded patterning.  Cylindrical iron bolster. Historic example with known action against US forces and likely tribal before that as it has evidence of earlier use.
