Late 19th-early 20th century. Dating to the Mexican Revolution of 1910 and Poncho Villa. So-called scorpion form, the blade marked P LEPE, the maker with wiggle work decoration both sides. Turned wood grip (chipped and cracked) and brass mounts. Well used with some grinder sharpening and punched initials/motif to the right side. Huge historic character with the overuse/degradation associated with Mexican weapons
