The cross beam centered with trefoil beam terminals forming “crutches” from the Jerusalem cross which made it five crosses in one, commemoration the five wounds of Christ. Both sides with raised central square and nub decoration forming part of the trefoils. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored, on an 18” modern gilt sterling silver neck chain. Gift boxed with a certificate of authenticity.
