MEDIEVAL ANGLO-SAXON (ENGLISH) RING, 9th-10th CENTURY AD, SIZE 9 1/2

9th-10th century AD. Raised rectangular bezel with four concentric circle decoration, in regular arrangement of unknown spiritual significance. See Ancient Rings, Pollio, p.42. 2.0mm rounded face band. Surface textured from burial. Superior example, probably for a clan leader.  Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored. Gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
