Hunting sword form though were more often used for personal protection in the streets. 20” broad fullered blade with slightly dropped point as was the fashion (smooth staining only). The forte with panels of baroque strap or ribbon work. Fullers with a stag and boar. The back with arrow motif. Brass hilt with small floral guard.
