18th-early 19th century. Made for Grand Tour visitors and probably sold as genuine at the time. Just over 6” height representing Isis in desert hood holding the infant Horus. Buff terra cotta well detailed with an aegis and patterned apron and supported on a pillar as found in amulets. Charming and a centuries-old figure.
