19th century. White metal band 4.4mm width flaring to the foliate and pellet decorated shoulders. Large rectangular bezel with cabled bottom and saw tooth edge (Small loss) and faceted blue “stone”. Attractive with a balance of Gypsy flare and European class. Well preserved for this style of ring.
