9th-7th century BC. Reddish buff, 7 1/2” diameter with flared slightly downturned lip pierced for hanging when not in use. Wheel turned on raised foot. Brown slip decorated with the well and rim edges in rings. Foot and underside matching. The lip with radial line. Very minimal wear/loss and probably rating in the top 2% of surviving example for condition. From our own collection acquired in London in the 1980’s. Cypriot pottery was sold and used throughout the Mediterranean. Museum quality and condition
