Carved from a single piece, just over 6” height, 3 3/8” diameter. Integral D shaped handle. Looks to be about a quart. See Collector’s Encyclopedia of the American Revolution, Neumann, p.106 #10 for a very similar example with a lip. Noggins were used communally, passed from mouth to mouth with beer, cider or other beverages. Undamaged with fine well handled patina.
