Ming Dynasty, 1368-1644. 6 3/4” diameter of characteristic glazed thick gray speckled core. The center of the well and broad edge with light blue slip. The balance glazed over core. Reverse matching with slip but for the foot. The front with four blue flowers and the back with three. Hair line edge crack, 1 3/4”. The edges with glaze flakes. Ming pottery is considered quintessential of antique pottery.
