Long tapered fore spike with swelled base and faceted conical socket on integral cheek straps. Rectangular section haft with chamfered corners. Shows uniform aging throughout with chocolate patina to the metal with scattered oxidation. The haft with surface wear and abrasions. The butt worn with old splinter. Exceptional length at 8’ 9 ¾”.
