Bronze hilt with recurved scroll terminal cross guard, expanded medial knuckle bow, swelled grip and compressed medial bulbous pommel. Hilt decorated ion high relief foliage and classical figures throughout. 35 1/4" d.e. diamond section blade with narrow fuller half its length. The first half nicely decorated in scrolling foliage and flowers. Excellent with expected aging and good patina.
