Late Roman-Byzantine, 400-600 AD. Buff terra cotta, 4” length with Rimed raised to and raised filler edge. The shoulders with radial motif bands. Charing from use at the wick hole. The underside with large V motifs. Minor chips from time of use, now encrusted over.
