This very rare medieval knife, purchased in England about 1990 and probably English is distinguished by retaining its original bone grips, virtually intact. It is 8 ¼” length with 4 ½” single edged bald with a narrow back fuller to the right side. The bone scale grips are retained by three rivets, the last later. The grips are buttressed by iron angled stops and decorated with circle and dot arrangements. The tang has lost the last inch, more or less, to oxidation.  For reference, see the Museum of London Collection, on line for other examples, none of which is as complete as this.  Museum worthy.
