ROMAN GLASS FLASK

3rd-4th century AD. Good medium blue color. Large example. 7 1/8" height with rounded bottom bulbous body, tapered neck and thickened edge flared lip. Sound and undamaged. Some calcification inside and scattered iridescence outside. Middle of the neck with a small area of adherence/staining from burial with something organic. Provincial example indicated by its rounded bottom and slightly heavier weight.
