Thirty Years War period. So-called Walloon with 29 7/8” double edged blade inscribed IN MI NI and chiseled with the running wolf mark each side. Iron hilt with double ring guards, the right with pierced liner. The left vacant and supporting a thumb ring. Double swelled medial guards connected with a diagonal and riveted to the pommel. Original wire wrapped grip with brass ferrules. Good untouched example.
