The forte with retailer’s name, The IHLING BROS EVERARD CO. KALAMAZOO MICHIGAN, established 1869. Crisp, and bright with the gold ground mostly intact. Plated iron scabbard with three mounts, the top with red enamel crosses (one with partial enamel loss).
