HUGE AZANDE SLAVER'S SWORD

Fully half again as large as most with 21 3/8" tapered s.e. blade, slightly waisted at the third point. Finely forged with blackened tool finish field surrounding the raised medial. Wood grip with flared base and expanded edge pommel. The medial slightly inset, probably in anticipation of wire wrap which was never added, likely due to its acquisition by missionaries.
