Edo period, before 1867, probably about 1800. 19 53/4" length with 4 " triangular section point. The broadest face with a narrow fuller with red lacquer fill. Flared base and upturned tip, all in bright polish with a few superficial rust speckles. Tapered tang with two holes for securing pegs.
