15th-16th century. See Ancient Rings, T N Pollio p.126 for two further examples. Well rounded band, 3.7mm at the bottom flaring to the broad shoulders intricately decorated in Baroque patterns. Raised oval bezel, engraved with cross with centered cross beam and radials in the quarters. Some wear from use. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored. Jewelry gift boxed with certificate of authenticity. Lovely and wearable size.
