16th-17th Century. Gilt bronze, just over 1” (1.03”) height. Broad, slightly flared beams with a square at the junction in the Medieval taste. Plain incised cross to the front and the back plain. Surface textured from burial. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat surface restored, mounted on gilt Sterling silver neck chain for modern wear. Gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
