Second half of the 19th century. Oval section, about size 9-91/4. "Silver niello", base silver with niello inlay. Rectangular bezel niello inlaid with a flower bud, perhaps ground cherry, also known as Cossack pineapple. The shoulders with matching inlay in leafy foliage. Some wear as expected with small losses to the inlay. Good wearable size.
