Bronze/copper, circular with a medial angled expansion at the center.  The joint formed by overlapping the ends and securing with two spiral twists. That technique was used by the Celts for rings and bracelets as well as neck torques. Quite crisp with minimal degradation and good patina. 2 3/8" inside dimension. Rare.
