Forged iron 3 1/8” length with tapered striking bar with angled terminal and looped finger grip. The curvilinear form is reminiscent of the shape of the Viking long warship. The opposite end with delicately scrolled terminal loop with original suspension ring. Conserved sound excavated condition.
