Forged iron with long conical socket and small triangular pyramidal point. See European Arrowheads and Crossbow Bolts, Rau, front cover and p.211 for a virtually identical example found in Spain. This example retains remnants of its wood shaft within the socket.  2 ¾” length. Its relatively light form is accounted for by the limited use of armor at the time and that armor was mail and plate. Rare.
