Buff terra cotta, 5 ½” greatest dimension. Early form made by folding a pinch pot dish before firing to form four wick spouts. A rare variation of the open wick oil lamp usually encountered with a single pinched spout. A little surface craquelure but sound and untouched as found.
Together with a Roman red polished wear pottery shard C.100-300AD.
