Over 7/8” diameter, pewter or other white metal. Plain flat front with four prong back loop base to accommodate thick coat fabric. A civilian button used on a hand sewn officer’s coat. Purchased at a “relic shack” outside the Gettysburg battlefield in the late 1960’s.
