FINE KNIGHTS TEMPLAR SWORD C.1890’S

Gilt hilt and ebony grip with enameled silver cross. The 30” blade marked THE HENDERSON AMES CO. KALAMAZOO MICH. dating it 1899-1933 after which the company was sold. It is decorated with crusades scene, foliage, arms, a crusader, and the owner’s name. The forte is well preserved with some light to medium oxidation to the balance. Scabbard excellent with fine enameled top mount.
