Second half of the 13th century. Seventh through the ninth Crusade which was fought largely by French (7th and 8th crusade) and English (9th). 8" length. Wedge section blade, with a circle mark to the right side. Thickened bolster and two piece bone grip complete one side and mostly complete the other. Distinct bend behind the bolster, most likely having been stepped on by a horse. Exceptional preservation from the Holy Land arid climate. On a Plexiglas display easel with certificate of authenticity.
