Forged iron over 5 1/8” (5.16”) length. Thick wedge section blade with slightly curved back. Thick tapered tang continuing the line of the blade back in the Celtic mode. A cut and thrust weapon with no loss from sharpening distinguishing it from a working knife. Excavated and professionally conserved with Plexiglas display mount.
