1940 dated LEGITMUS COLLINS & CO #1250. The scabbard marked ROBCO LTD MONTREAL 1942. Minor staining only to the blade with crisp marks. Minor abrasions to the grip. Scabbard complete with a small cut below the throat. Matched as made as these always are 1940 blades and 1942 scabbards. Evidently (and so mentioned on the web) these were from a Canadian Army order at the beginning of the war, filled by manufacturing the scabbards in Montreal and purchasing the machetes from Collins. Very rare.
