Elegant silver sheathed scabbard swelling toward the flat oval end. Encased in sheet silver and intricate silver wire banding. Seamed in the middle with a small dent/distortion. the lower portion with a silver star or stylized flower. Original cord wrap and tassels. Type specific to eastern Burma as well as the adjacent mountain tribes in Thailand and Laos.
