Algeria or Morocco, C.1800-50. 3 3/4" length. Bulbous body with cylindrical neck and matching cylindrical cover secured with leather straps which also serve for suspension. Made to hold a single charge and worn suspended in groups on a shoulder belt for reloading in battle. Quite rare.
