South India, probably Mysore, 18th-early 19th century. Forged iron of thick diamond section with an elongated pyramidal form point. Square seat for a shaft with ringed or ferrule tip as was typical for Indian arrows. Tapered tang. Heavy example probably capable of piercing plate as well as mail armor. About 4 7/8” total length.
