First quarter of the 13th century. Fourth Crusade period which took place primarily in Byzantium fought largely by French Crusaders. 11 1/4" length, wedge section blade unmarked. Exposed edge tang full length. Excellent excavated condition with a good profile. The wood scale grips professionally restored.
