Fine example authentic to the original in style, form, and workmanship, but probably of the Grand Tour, 18th-19th century. 6” height with olive form body and flat flared lip. Delicately hollowed to translucency. Accurately made in detail, even to the small chip on the lip which originals invariable have. Distinguished only by showing no signs of handling or burial. Wonderful substitute for the high four-figure original.
