Probably Lowestoft. Profusely decorated in the Lowestoft pallet with lovely central floral bouquet surrounded by smaller sprigs. The rim with elaborate Chinese themed lattice and cartouche band. Decoration brilliant as new. The back of the edge with a 1/2" x 1/4" flake.
